SILVER SANDS ESTATES

Silver Sands is a beautiful retreat of approximately  80 privately owned villas on the northern coast of Jamaica. It is located 45 minutes driving time between Montego Bay and Ochos Rios. The retreat has its own private beach which is 1/3 mile long. The air temperature is usually around 77-85 degrees in February. The sun is extremely strong but there is always a breeze, with an occasional tropical shower to cool things off.

You can view the different Villas at Silver Sands Here.  I rent villas direct with owners and also through My Silver Sands, the largest rental company.  The rate sheet in the website is not up to date. You can check out the villas on the MySilverSands website and can see their availability and their cost. I am estimating that an average villa will cost you between $500 and $600 per person per week. Other, larger and newer villas could run another $100 to $200 more per person. Most villas can be rented by blocking off one room at a reduced price.  In addition, in most cases, roundtrip transfers from the airport to Silver Sands in included in the villa rate. I can get you a driver and vehicle for daily excursions.  import as well as a driver for the week.  I can even help you with your menu and have food and beverages in your villa when you arrive.
