I will no longer be taking groups back to Jamaica.  The 2023 was very successful and my last group trip with Lynn and I going along.  However, I will be renting villas through owners and MySilverSands for individuals.

I have several villas booked for February 10,2024, Pineapple Villa, Worthy View, JeSuis Content and will be booking either Summertime or Clearview shortly. These villas will be booked for 10 or 14 nights.  You may also book for 7 nights.  

I will be assisting you in arranging food/menu with Michael Chen at Chen’s store, massages with Lorna, transfers with Miguel and or Kenroy, excursions with Miguel or Kenroy and group air if requested with Southwest out of BWI..  his past year all flights were approximately $550 per person.

It is not required that you be vaccinated at this time however government regulations for Jamaica and the US could always changed depending on viru issues.

Terms and payments

  • 20% villa deposit required to book a villa.
  • Add $50 non refundable group air deposit if group air with SW is requested.  with us for a total of $695. (There must be a minimum of 10 persons flying with us to receive a group airfare rate. If we do not get 10 people flying with us, there may be a higher airfare.)
  • Balance due prior to December 10, 2024. 
  • We do not accept credit cards, all payments are via check or cash. Make all checks out to: Creative Travel, Inc.  We do accept payments via Zelle.
  • Land package includes round trip air transfers providing you at least 4 persons per trip. Otherwise one way taxi is approximately $50 one way.
  • Once group air is purchased, ticket refunds may not be allowed unless you find a replacement person.
  • Southwest does not give seat assignments.  Early bird ticketing is not available on group air.  You may check in 24hrs in advance for priority boarding. Frequent Flyer miles credit is available once you return from the trip. Please make sure you fill out your SW FF on your website profile sheet.
  • Possible Extra Charges
  • Tipping, food and beverages and excursions for the villa are not included in the villa price.
  • Cribs or roll-a-ways may be available at an extra charge of approximately $10 per night. Nanny’s are available for children at a cost of approximately $15 per day.
  • Those villas allowing an extra person will get a roll-a-way bed at a rate of $25 per night.

  

 

 

Cancellation: Please read the cancellation policy and all information pertaining to refunds on the contract. No refunds after November 1, 2022.   Group air reservations do allow name changes up to 3 days prior with no penalty.  It is highly suggested that you get a separate insurance package for your trip.
