Starting in 2021 we elected to rent on our own for 4 to 6 weeks during the month of July. In 2022 we rented 6 weeks rented from June 25 through August 6. Our base rate is approximately $2000 less than the same 4 bedroom style unit in Bahia Vista as listed on Vacasa websites. Vacasa recent bought out Coldwell Banker and Vantage an is currently renting same units between $7000 – $7600 during the prime summer months. . Plus there is a room rental tax of 11% and a refundable security deposit for $300. I will also give a 10% discount on my full summer weeks with a bonus of 15% off of a second rented week.

Off Season Rentals: We plan to rent in the off season one to two weeks per month in April, May, September, October and November depending on how often we need to return home for doctor and other appointments and other planned vacations. Three nights is the minimum rental.

Cleaning included. 10% discount for weekly off season rentals.
Off Season dates, clearance prices, 3 nights minimum rental:
Friday, Sept. 15 – Friday, Oct 6.
3 nights – $150 per night or $450 plus $25 per night weekend night.
5 nights – $150 per night or $750 plus $25 per night weekend night.
7 nights – $150 per night or $1050 reduced to $900.
Friday, Oct.13 – Monday, Oct 16 $500 discounted to $400.
