Kenroy Brown and his son Tony
Kenroy Brown has been my driver for over 30 years, he first drove for me in March of 1990. He and his son Tony currently own their own vehicle and work for hire for tourists while they are visiting Jamaica. Kenroy a local, born and raised in Duncans, Kenroy and his wife Margaret own the Kiki Rouge Bar. His his daughter, Byrany works primarily at the Kiki Rouge Bar. Tony his only son will sometimes assist and either he or Kenroy will drive their 29 passenger bus.. They all live in Jamaica except for his 2nd daughter Aretha who lives in the US. Kenroy’s nephew, Roydell (Miguel) joined the family business with a very nice 15 passenger van and 29 passenger bus. They handle all group transfers to and from the airport for me. They handle all tours during the first 7 days. For additional pay they will assist those staying for 10 days and two or three weeks. The return trip to the airport at then end of all trips is included in the trip base price.
Kenroy is very knowledgeable about Jamaica and loves to answer guests’ questions. He loves music and likes following cricket and soccer (football). Kenroy likes talking to the group and normally drives our larger vehicle however Tony subs on some trips. When we have two vehicles, we usually add one 15 passenger van and either Tony or Miguel do the additional driving.
When visiting Silver Sands on your own, the family can assist you in roundtrip transfer and day trips. The 15 passenger van can hold 8 persons with luggage for airport transfers. The buses can hold a max of 15 persons with luggage. rmax (no luggage) and up to 15 persons plus luggage.
Over the years he has become very close to most of the repeat customers on our Jamaica trip. Hope you enjoy being with him as much as we do!
