These villas are those currently rented on a direct basis with Creative Travel. They are the most affordable since I get a reduced price for each villa.
Please be aware that rates can change at any time. For reserving all villas, there is a $100 / $150 / $200 deposit required per person to reserve a villa depending on the length of stay and the cost of the villa. Because I try to fill villas in order to keep costs down, any villa not being used at full capacity might have an additional surcharge per person (see rates “if 1 BR less). Having a single person in a room can result in a surcharge for that person or a surcharge for each person in the villa. If you are requesting a 4 BR villa and have 5 persons, you would have two surcharges for the villa, one per person and one surcharge for the single person. Effective with the 2019 trip, the land package will be increased by $50 and this will be applied to the cost of the villa. This will help reduce some of the surcharges on villas.
